In my mind the six focus areas which set the blueprint for change as highlighted in Grant Thornton’s Women in business report 2019 are all mutually inclusive.
And for any organisation to be able to make an impact on the critical, yet neglected, area of gender diversity, it is imperative to first get a complete handle on what the gender parity data is telling us, which in itself will create the cause for action.
